The Mediation Training Program Trainer Development Program aims to enhance the skills and capabilities of trainers who will be facilitating our mediation training programs. This program will focus on refining training techniques, deepening subject matter expertise, and fostering effective communication to ensure the delivery of high-quality mediation training.
Program Objectives:
- To enhance trainers' ability to engage participants and create an interactive learning environment.
- To refine trainers' facilitation skills for both theoretical and practical aspects of mediation.

Program Details:
Duration: 18 Hours.
Location: Equa’s center in Jaipur (405, R5 Yudhishtir Marg, Jaipur, Rajasthan, Indian) or through online mode.

Day 1:
Session 1 - Deepening Mediation Expertise:
- Reviewing advanced mediation techniques and real-life case studies.
- Reviewing ethical considerations in mediation.
- Encouraging open discussions among trainers to share insights.
Session 2 - Enhancing Facilitation Skills:
- Exploring advanced facilitation techniques for engaging diverse groups.
- Role-playing challenging scenarios to practice effective facilitation.
- Incorporating interactive activities to maximize participant engagement.
Day 2:
Session 3 - Advanced Assessment and Feedback:
- Refining assessment criteria for theory and practical assessments.
- Exploring approaches for providing constructive feedback to participants.
- Conducting mock assessment exercises for hands-on experience.
Session 4 - Effective Communication and Presentation:
- Fine-tuning communication skills for clarity and impact.
- Practicing effective storytelling to illustrate mediation concepts.

Day 3:
Session 5 - Creating Inclusive Learning Environments:
- Discussing strategies for accommodating diverse learning styles.
- Addressing cultural sensitivity and inclusivity in training.
- Brainstorming ways to create a safe and respectful learning atmosphere.
Session 6 - introduction to Equa
· Introduction to Equa’s platform and its technology.
· A study of Equa’s institutional rules for dispute resolution.
· Insight on Modus operandi for ADR proceedings.
Wrap-Up and Action Planning:
- Reflecting on key takeaways from the program.
- Setting personal action plans for implementing newly acquired skills.
- Collecting feedback from trainers for continuous improvement.
